What We Offer

The goal of the "Skill and Technique" training is to provide athletes with comprehensive resources that will help them develop both their technical boxing skills and their in-ring techniques. This training will allow boxers of all levels to improve their form, speed, power, defense, and overall ring IQ.

In these sessions, we’ll focus on combinations, defense, countering, pivoting, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to do mitt work and body protector drills with a trainer to refine your skills.

Strength & Conditioning

Boxing Fundamental

Building strength and conditioning enhances power, speed, and endurance in the ring. This training focuses on functional movements to improve your overall performance, stamina, and injury prevention.

Key Focus Points:

Explosive Power: Squats, kettlebell swings, deadlifts and more.

Core Strength: Help with balance and generating force during punched. We will incorporate exercises such as: planks, Russian twists, medicine ball slams and more.

Endurance & Conditioning Circuits: We incorporate HIIT training movements, such as: Sprints, jump ropes, shadowboxing, push-ups, burpees, mountain climbers, jump squats and more.

Stretch & Recovery: We will incorporate dynamic stretches before the workouts and static stretches post workout.

Tournaments And Local Shows

Team Glass participates in national tournaments such as Golden Gloves, King Of The Jungle, USA Qualifers and match bouts throughout the US.
